What's YOUR job like?
It's like rolling a huge rock uphill but once in a while you get to enjoy the scenery along the way.
It's like I am in the transportation business. I love to transfer people from where they are to where they can be - becoming better people.
Take us back to when YOU were starting Company B. What were the key lessons YOU learned?
Managing systems and processes are entirely different to leading people.
How has God shaped YOUR life?
Immensely. Everything done, said and lived is shaped by Him. Still a work in progress but God is my Main Reference Point.
Think of these four characteristics of entrepreneurs: hearts, smarts, guts, luck. Which one are you?
Hearts.
If YOU were stuck with the Pope for an hour in an elevator, what would YOU tell him?
I would not tell him anything. I would ask him a question. "How many rooms do you have in the Vatican?"
What's the key to excellence for being a great speaker?
Think with the head, feel with the heart and just let the lips go.
Who is YOUR favorite speaker? Why?
Ravi Zacharias. Not only does he stir the mind, he warms the heart.
What's YOUR favorite book? Why?
The Quest for Character by Charles Swindoll. The book opened my eyes to the importance of building character.
Who are YOUR personal heroes? Why?
Peter Tanchi. Josette Biyo. Butch Jimenez. Many more. They all exhibit humility, competence and character.
What are YOU hungry for?
Learning and more learning.
What's a key lesson you learned along the way?
There is always a right way and a wrong way. Good and evil are both present. And it is just so easy to let things go wrong. But it feels so great to see things done right.
